Terms and conditions of registration

Price:

The price includes the class, the materials it requires, lunches and sometimes dinner. It does not include air travel, local transportation costs, meals other than lunch during the class days, special dinners when mentioned or accommodation.

All prices are excluding VAT.

Travel and accommodation:

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the location of the courses, including transport, taxi and hotel reservations.  

Cancellation Policy:

Our Art of Chocolate – Belgian Masterclasses Programs can accommodate a limited number of students and are usually full with a waiting list. Should you cancel your participation in a class, we will refund fifty percent (50%) of the price if you cancel in writing fourteen (14) days before the first day of the class. No refunds will be given for cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the first day of the class.

Subject to Art of Chocolate’s written agreement prior to the event, the registration may be transferred to another person from the same company or organization at no extra charge.

Art of Chocolate reserves the right to cancel a class up to two (2) weeks in advance. If this should occur, we will either postpone the class to a future date or reimburse you for the price of the class.

Please note that Art of Chocolate reserves the right to cancel an event or to make minor alterations to the content and timing of the program or to the identity of the trainers. Art of Chocolate will not, however, be held responsible for any related expense incurred by the participant.

If you cannot attend the course, a colleague of your company or organisation can replace you after written approval of Art of Chocolate and without any additional charge. In the absence thereof, the full subscription price is due but you will receive a voucher for the same amount thereof. This voucher is valid for 12 months after issue date and can be used for another course with us.

Registration and Payment:

Enrolment and the schedule will be confirmed after receipt of full payment for the class.

Use of Information:

The details you provide on this form will be used for registration purposes. They will be stored in Art of Chocolate database for the Art of Chocolate exclusive use. You may have access to these details and request deletions and corrections at any time by contacting us, according to our Privacy Policy.

Art of Chocolate SPRL/BVBA is incorporated in Belgium under company registration number 0696845624 and has its registered office address at 1050 Brussels (Belgium), Av. Louise 523.
